1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website https://nextlevelstrengthstudio.com and the services provided by Next Level Physiotherapy and Strength Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided on this website, including blog articles and educational resources, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute individual medical advice.

A practitioner–patient relationship is only formed once you attend an appointment and consent to treatment.

3. Appointments & Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Attend at your scheduled time

  • Comply with our cancellation policy

  • Accept responsibility for any applicable fees

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy (48-Hour Notice Required)

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client requiring care.

Late Cancellations

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, you may be charged a late cancellation fee of up to 100% of the consultation fee.

Failure to Attend (No-Show)

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice:

  • The full consultation fee (100%) will be charged

  • Future bookings may require prepayment

  • Repeated non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings

Third-Party Funded Clients (NDIS, DVA, etc.)

For clients funded under NDIS, DVA, Medicare or other third-party schemes:

  • Late cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with the relevant funding body’s guidelines.

  • Where permitted, cancellation fees will be claimed through the appropriate funding body.

  • Where not permitted, you may be personally responsible for the cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

5. Fees & Payment

Payment is required at the time of consultation unless prior arrangements have been made.

We may accept:

  • EFTPOS

  • Credit/Debit card

  • Medicare (where applicable)

  • DVA

  • NDIS

  • Private health insurance

You are responsible for any gap payments not covered by third-party funders.

Outstanding accounts may result in suspension of future bookings.

6. Health Information & Consent

By attending an appointment, you consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment and the collection of health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw consent at any time, which may affect our ability to provide services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

  • Treatment outcomes vary between individuals.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or recovery timeframes.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, exercise programs, downloadable materials and educational resources are the property of Next Level Physiotherapy and Strength Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse, copy, distribute or attempt to interfere with the operation of this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
