We'll assess what's contributing to your symptoms, explain our findings clearly, and develop a personalised rehabilitation plan to help you recover, rebuild strength, and return to the activities you enjoy with confidence.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions, including our 48-hour cancellation policy (full fee may apply for late cancellations and reschedules, or non-attendance).

If you're booking under WorkCover, DVA, Medicare EPC, or NDIS, please contact the clinic directly so we can organise the appropriate appointment and ensure all required documentation is completed before your visit.

What Happens After You Book?
Once your appointment is booked, we'll make sure you have everything you need before you arrive.
You'll receive:
An appointment confirmation email with a short waiver to complete.
A reminder text before your appointment.
Information about where to find us and what to expect during your first visit.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for a movement assessment. If you have any scans, reports, or referral letters, feel free to bring them along, although they're not essential.

Your initial physiotherapy appointment is 60 minutes. This gives us time to understand your injury, assess your movement, explain our findings, and begin building a personalised rehabilitation plan.

No. You don't need a referral to book a physiotherapy appointment.
If you're attending under WorkCover, DVA, Medicare EPC, or NDIS, please contact the clinic directly so we can arrange the appropriate appointment and ensure all required documentation is completed before your visit.

Yes. We have HICAPS available in the clinic, allowing you to claim your eligible private health rebate on the day of your appointment. The rebate amount depends on your individual health fund and level of cover.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily during your assessment. If you're attending for a lower body injury, shorts are ideal. For shoulder or neck injuries, a singlet or loose-fitting top can be helpful.
If you have any scans, reports, or referral letters, feel free to bring them along, although they aren't essential.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full appointment fee in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
