Next, we move into a hands-on physical assessment. We evaluate your movement patterns, test basic strength markers, and measure stability, mobility, and flexibility across key joints and muscle groups. This comprehensive check uncovers any imbalances or limitations that might hold you back, so we can proactively address them in your training plan.
