To help you stay motivated and make progress, when you sign up for a semi-private class, you’ll lock into a set time and day each week. We offer memberships for either 3 days per week or 2 days per week, so you can choose the commitment level that suits you best.
Our class times are thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate different routines:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:15 AM
Tuesday, Thursday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM
