Finding time to prioritise your health and fitness in Varsity Lakes can be tough, between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, your schedule often feels packed to the brim. At Next Level Physiotherapy and Strength Studio, we understand the challenges busy people face when trying to maintain a consistent training routine. That’s why our semi-private personal training classes are specifically designed to fit your lifestyle, making it easier than ever to commit to your fitness goals without feeling overwhelmed.

Membership Options Designed for Commitment and Consistency

To help you stay motivated and make progress, when you sign up for a semi-private class, you’ll lock in a set day and time each week. We offer memberships for either 3 or 2 days per week, so you can choose the commitment level that suits you best.

Our PhysioFit and Strong Squad class times are thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate different routines:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:15 AM

  • Tuesday, Thursday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM

By locking into a consistent schedule, you build structure and accountability, which are key to long-term success.

Our semi-private training classes are capped at just four members, allowing for personalised coaching while still fostering a motivating group environment. This size strikes the perfect balance between receiving expert guidance tailored to your needs and benefiting from the encouragement and accountability of training alongside others who share similar goals.

All sessions are pre-booked, and your spot is reserved in advance, giving you confidence to plan your week without last-minute changes or uncertainty. With expert coaches guiding each class, you’ll maximise your results, getting stronger, fitter, and healthier without wasted effort.
