No gym experience? No problem! PhysioFit is the perfect starting point if you're new to training, recovering from injury, or want more support in a safe, structured environment. These small-group, physiotherapist-led sessions help you build strength, confidence, and proper movement technique—without the pressure of a typical gym setting. Every new member begins with a one-on-one physiotherapy consultation to identify any existing injuries, niggles, or movement restrictions, ensuring your training is tailored to your needs from day one. PhysioFit offers consistent, guided progress in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Classes run twice weekly, every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am.
