Strong Squad focuses on creating strong foundations through smart exercise programming that combines strength, muscle building, and cardio—all in a supportive group environment.

Each training block combines strength, muscle-building accessories, and short cardio finishers to help you make the most of every minute in the gym.

How Does Strong Squad Work?

Strong Squad is small-group personal training, so you need to find the right group for you! With options of 3x or 2x per week and several time slots to choose from, we will find the right fit for you.

You have two membership options:

  • Strong Squad A: 3x training sessions per week, Mon/Wed/Fri. $75 per week.

  • Strong Squad B: 2x training sessions per week, Tue/Thurs. $55 per week.

  • All Strong Squad memberships come with a bonus “Super Saturday” big group workout.

When you sign up for a timeslot, you'll train with the same group each session, building comfort, friendships, and group accountability. Unlike big group fitness classes at globo gyms, Strong Squad ensures you’re never lost in the crowd—you’ll be missed if you don’t show up!

Hey, I'm Aleana!

I'm the head coach here at Next Level Strength Studio. It's my passion to help people reclaim the inner athletic badass!

I was a competitive athlete growing up, but after high school, I fell out of organized sports and got into a rut. I spent much of my 20s doing countless extreme diets and training protocols that only focused on losing weight fast. Training was no longer about the fun of it and instead felt like punishment for what I ate.

These bouts of motivation lasted a few weeks before I got bored, unmotivated, and burnt out. I would constantly beat myself up for never actually sticking to it. I felt like I was my biggest enemy, and I just finally wanted to find a way to love fitness again like I did when I was younger.

So I get it and I get YOU.

Which is why I want to help you.

With over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of people learn to love fitness again and feel strong and confident in their bodies. It's not about how many calories we can burn, but how lifting weights and getting stronger *feels* gets us hooked!

Now it’s my mission to create an epic community of “Everyday Athletes”: people who prioritise an active and healthy lifestyle in order to live life to the fullest.

What happens after you click “Book Info Call”?

We want to ensure you’re the perfect fit for our community, which is why we carefully vet all new members.

When you click "Book Info Call," you’ll schedule a quick 10-minute phone call where we’ll get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit. This call will help us choose the right class for you and create a personalized action plan to get you started.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • You can think about it as personal training within a small group setting. The classes are capped at 4 members each so you will get comfortable training with the same people. These are NOT large circuit-style classes, instead, you will be given 1-on-1 coaching tailored to your ability level. When you join Strong Squad, you choose a time slot (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thurs) and stay within your time slot.xt goes here

  • There are modifications available to you if you have injuries, however, we recommend checking with your doctor or physio if you have questions regarding participating in this, or any, exercise program. You can book in with our in-house physiotherapist, Dr Cory Myers, to get a thorough assessment of your injuries and he can help you modify exercises to suit your needs.

  • We have two different membership options: 2 sessions per week (Tue/Thurs), or 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri). You also have access to our bonus session, Super Saturday. When you join one of our training sessions, you are committed to that time slot.

  • Since each small group personal training session has a unique dynamic of members, we ask that you stick to your allotted time slot. This way we can better tailor our sessions to each group and we get comfortable training together. If you can’t make your session time, you can use Super Saturday as a make-up session.

  • Getting fit is the point of joining! We know it’s scary to get started when you have a long way to go, so that’s why we're her to help and support you on your journey! Strong Squad is beginner-intermediate friendly, and recommended for the general population to build strong foundations.

  • There are no lock-in contracts or joining fees! We value a long-term commitment to reaching your goals, so we recommend you stick with it for at least 12 weeks. If you need to cancel or pause your membership for any reason, all we ask is for a two-week written notice.
