STRONG SQUAD

Want to get fitter, stronger, and look like you lift?
Join Strong Squad, our signature semi-private PT class here at Next Level. In Strong Squad, we build strong foundations with basic movement patterns such as squat, hinge, push, pull, and lunge. You will learn how to move well and get stronger to tackle anything life throws at you. Strong Squad is beginner-intermediate friendly and includes a warm-up, strength work, muscle-building accessories, and a quick cardio finish. In and out in 45 minutes! Sessions are capped at four members, so you’ll receive the quality coaching you need to succeed.

Strong Squad A is our three-session weekly class, which meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., and 9:15 a.m.

Strong Squad B is our two-session, weekly class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.
