PHYSIOFIT

No gym experience? No problem! These Physio-led sessions are a great place to start if you're nervous and want more guidance in a safe environment. All members of Physio Fit start with a physiotherapy consultation to address any injuries, niggles, or movement deficits.

PhysioFit is our 2-session weekly class on Tuesday/Thursday at 9:00 am.
